Hokkien Noodle is popular in Malaysia and Singapore. It is famous for its dark and fragrant sauce. To cook the authentic Malaysia Hokkien mee, pork lard is used. It gives the fragrant to the hokkien noodle which makes it so delicious to eat.

Ingredients:
Dark soy sauce
oyster sauce
Light soy sauce
Sweet soy sauce
Pork crackling
prawn / any preferred meat
Choy sum
garlic
Oil for frying (you can also use pork oil)
Hokkien Noodle
